Q-Report – Work and Documentation Software

The PC-based software ”Q-Report“ is a practical addition to an IOSS data matrix reading and rating system in the quality control. The quality report can be used stationary for the quality assurance in the laboratory or offline in the manufacturing process.

The software receives the code content, the quality information and the actually captured image from the IOSS reading and rating system. During a quality evaluation, “Q-Report” automatically controls the connected IOSS system within the standardised range of brightness. The quality evaluation according to ISO/IEC 29158 with all criteria only starts and compares them with the specifications defined by the customer once this so-called ML value is reached.

Additional features include module and code size measurement, GS1 format checking, MOD43 mode, Q-DAS integration, user management, CSV export, and a history log.

Q-Report enables the effortless and efficient generation of a quality protocol of your code (PDF document), which can be archived and mailed out as proof.
