Quality control for UDI codes on medical devices & implants

The current ISO/IEC 29158:2020 standard is used for the verification of data matrix codes.

The DMR210 system including the standardised lighting offers a reliable quality evaluation of the code for your UDI specifications. In addition, the documentation software “Q-Report” enables you to provide your end client with proof of the delivered quality and readability of the applied data matrix codes. In addition, a GS1 check is also carried out.

In connection with “Q-Report”, the quality is evaluated within the standard brightness range. Prior to the delivery,
the system will be adjusted by means of a certified calibration standard test card.
